N.S. Zad obtained his Commerce degree from Shivaji University of Kolhapur and cleared CS Final Exam in June 2005 held by the Institute of Company Secretary of India. He has been teaching for the last ten years and has vast teaching experience for various professional courses like CA, CS & CWA at IPCC/Executive & Final Level. He has practical experience working with medium and large-sized organizations and firm(s) of practising company secretaries.

Pankaj Kumar -
He is a Science Graduate and Postgraduate in Finance, a Practicing Company Secretary and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, London.
He has more than 15 years of teaching experience. He is the author of various Corporate Laws Subjects (e.g., Companies Law, Securities laws, Economic Law, Industrial & Labour Law, General Law, Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence, Secretarial Audit) with very reputed and prestigious Organisations (e.g. NIRC, ICSI, ETEN, ALDINE, BSEI, IGP, etc.) in different modes of teaching (e.g. Face to Face, Online, Recorded, Pen drive and Satellite Classes).
He has been associated with ICSI as Academic Expert since 2012 and NIRC- ICSI as a faculty member since 2008. He was awarded 'The Best Faculty' by NIRC-ICSI.
He has been a trainer and Consultant for companies since 2008. Various companies have hired his consultancy services for Strategic Planning, Business Development, Project Planning and Corporate Restructuring, etc.
He has addressed several seminars, webcasts, Career awareness programs, training orientation programs, student induction programs, academic development programs, MSOP etc., organised by NIRC, ICSI, SEBI, MCA and various other Regulatory bodies. He is also coming on National Television (Ghyan Darshan) to make people aware of the Securities Market in association with ICSI & SEBI/MCA.
CA. (Dr.) K.M. Bansal is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce, Dr B.R. Ambedkar College, University of Delhi. He is a Gold Medalist from Shri Ram College of Commerce and University Rank Holder in M.Com. He has done M.Phil. (Accounting and Finance) from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He has been a Guide for students of M.Phil. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Dr Bansal holds a vast professional teaching experience of more than two decades. He is also associated with ICAI and ICSI as a visiting faculty. He has been a speaker at various conferences, seminars and workshops organised by ICAI.
He keeps himself abreast of the latest changes in the field of accounting and law. He is very particular in adopting a uniform approach while analysing practical problems on a given topic.
On the occasion of the Diamond Jubilee year of NIRC of ICAI in 2011, Dr Bansal was felicitated with a certificate of appreciation to acknowledge and appreciate the valuable and incredible services provided by him.
Dr Sanjay Kumar Bansal has been serving in the field of higher education since 1990. Currently, he is working as Associate Professor in a college of CCS University. He has to his credit twenty-four research papers published in reputed journals and edited books. He has also authored one book, 'Vyavasayik Evam Karyalaya Sanghthan'. He has also written chapters and edited books on Income Tax, Financial Management, E-Commerce, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management.
He has actively participated in and presented research papers in National and International Seminars, Webinars and Conferences. Under his supervision, six candidates are pursuing their doctoral degrees. His areas of specialization are finance and taxation.
